Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. As we are a sale location, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after purchase has been made. Please be sure that you are ordering the correct size when placing an order online. This return policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. 

 

Order Cancellations 

Once your order has been fulfilled we are unable to cancel your order and you will be directed to follow our return policy. If your order was placed within 5 hours of of your order cancellation request AND your order has NOT been fulfilled then you may request an order cancellation. Approved order cancellations will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm Arizona timeI excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 2pm Arizona time, on weekends or holidays reserve the right to begin processing the next business day. We ship most orders same day but require 72 hours after the order is received to ship.

In-Store Pick-Up

Orders received Thursday - Saturday 10am - 2pm Arizona time, may be eligible for pick up on the same day as purchase. Orders received after 2pm Arizona time, Thursday & Friday and the rest of the week, reserve the right to begin processing the next business day. However, please note that as we try our best to process orders as quickly as possible we require 72 hours for processing from the time your order is placed. In-store pick up orders may be picked up only after receiving an email confirmation stating that your order is ready for pickup and during store hours Thursday - Saturday 10am - 4pm.
